Domid'O offers for sale handcrafted bracelets made with glass beads and natural stones. Each bracelet is unique and can be customized according to the customer's preferences.

The creations are classified into three categories:

  • Single wrap bracelet
  • Double wrap bracelet
  • Triple wrap bracelet

3. Price et payment

  • Price : The prices displayed on the site are in euros (€). No VAT is applicable.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via:
    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
      Payments are secure via the Stripe platform.

4. Order

La commande est validée une fois le paiement effectué. Une confirmation sera envoyée par email au client. En cas de personnalisation, le délai de fabrication est de 48 à 72 heures (hors délais de livraison).

5. Shipping

  • Delivery areas: Domid'O only ships to European countries.
  • Délais et frais : Les délais de livraison varient selon le pays et sont précisés lors de la commande. Les frais de livraison sont calculés en fonction du montant et du nombre de bracelets commandés.

6. Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for personalized products.
  • Bracelets that have been worn cannot be returned.

7. Liability

Domid'O guarantees that the products are crafted with care and expertise. However, the company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by external factors, including force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
